Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Connect+ mobile application (“App”) operated by NetkomConnects (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using Connect+, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use this App.
  • By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. License to Use

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for business and personal purposes permitted under these Terms.
  • You must not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

3. User Accounts

  • To access certain features, you may need to register and create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. App Features

Connect+ provides modules including (but not limited to):

  • Rental Properties
  • Multi User Roles
  • Finance & Invoicing
  • Logistics & Inventory
  • Vehicles & HR Management
  • Purchase Orders and Admin Controls

We may update, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

5. Permissions

The App may request access to:

  • Location (for logistics and vehicle tracking)
  • Push Notifications (to send updates and reminders)
  • Camera & Storage (for uploading documents and invoices)

By granting permissions, you allow the App to function as intended. You can manage permissions via your device settings.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Some features may require paid subscriptions or usage-based fees.
  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods (e.g., App Store, Google Play, or integrated gateways).
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Interfere with the App’s functionality, security, or servers.
  • Upload harmful, misleading, or offensive content.
  • Violate the rights of others (e.g., intellectual property, privacy).

8. Data & Privacy

  • Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy
  • By using the App, you consent to data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their terms, privacy, or actions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Misuse the App or engage in prohibited activities.

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted use.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NetkomConnects harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
